John and Terin Marcotte are a father-and-son team born and raised in North Boulder who have spent their careers remodeling homes across the Boulder Valley. John started in the trades decades ago and built his reputation the same way every time: show up, do the work right, and stand behind it. He knows the North Boulder neighborhoods, from Palo Park and Wonderland Lake to Newlands and Mapleton Hill, the older housing stock, the permit offices, and the local suppliers. When a problem comes up on a job site, he has seen it before. Terin grew up watching his father work and eventually joined him full-time. He manages client relationships, scheduling, and on-site coordination across every active project. Together they built Marcotte Remodeling entirely on referrals for 11 years, one past client recommending the next. That does not happen unless the work is done right and people are treated honestly.
